consistently on the rise, Missouri was one of the first States to take
a proactive stance and campaign to reduce these incidents by

The Missouri Driving Manual defines road rage as “an uncontrolled
display of anger by the operator of a motor vehicle (usually in
response to another driver’s actions), which can result in property
damage or personal injury.” These aggressive drivers can cause a
great deal of damage when they are incensed behind the wheel of a car.

Missouri State Speed Limits will vary depending on the type of road
you are traveling and on the current road and weather conditions.
On all interstate highways in Missouri, it is unlawful to travel at

Missouri Seat Belt Law
Missouri State Statute 307.178 mandates that a driver and all front
seat passengers, unless they are exempt for medical reasons, must use a
seat belt when traveling in a motor vehicle. The driver is
responsible for ensuring that all children under 16 years of age, no
matter where they are seated in the vehicle, are properly restrained by
a seat belt or car seat, and any persons traveling with a driver who
has a permit must also use a seat belt no matter where they are seated
