In the event a traffic ticket is issued, the court must determine if a driver is eligible for Defensive Driving School as per the Missouri State statute.  It is always best to attend your court hearing and petition the judge with this request.
However, everyone is eligible to attend Defensive Driving School.  At Driving University, we have tailored the Missouri Defensive Driving Course to meet the standards of driving safety as defined by the Missouri Safety Center.  We recommend that all drivers hone their driving skills by enrolling in the Missouri-specific course and benefit from reduced premiums, increased awareness and improved driving skills.
